I enjoy working with teens and adults living with substance misuse and addiction concerns, anxiety, depression, and grief.

What is ACT?

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT for short) is about taking mindful actions and increasing one's ability for mindful, values-guided actions.

What other therapies do you use?

Internal Family Systems-like (IFS-like); Motivation Interviewing (MI); and Dialectical Behavioral-Like Therapy (DBT-like). Disclaimer: I am not certified in DBT or IFS so any DBT or IFS techniques used during sessions will be noted as DBT-like or IFS-like.
